아주 나쁜 Customer 서비스

This cleaners lost my EXPENSIVE Blazer and REFUSES to reimburse what they have lost. The owner did not even apologize and was SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & had a NASTY attitude as if it was not his fault that he lost the customer's item. Is that how people run their business and treat their customers? It took them over a month to "search" for my item and still cannot be located. I am convinced they have stolen the item. DO NOT clean your expensive items here. They will "LOSE" it and NOT own up to it! They should be ashamed of themselves.
