One of my friend went here and he is mad about their service.
I should have warned all my friends..
I was at this place for my eye exam for the prescription for my contact lenses using my insurance.
They charged $85 for fitting service (which I didn't get any) on top of my $25 insurance co-pay.
I complained about it, but they won't refund the charge instead trying to give me store credit.
Finally got the reimbursement on my credit card for the hidden cost, but now they won't write the prescription for the contact lenses.
I am filing a complain claim to the insurance company.
Also, they keep bug you to purchase the Ortho-K lenses throughout the visit, and it was not a pleasant experience at all.
Rather drive little bit and go to other locations in Garden Grove if you prefer Korean stores.
