This guy are ideal for cheap labor, probably $10/hour. Nothing more. I hired him for phone system installation a few month ago. He could not make it work and keep blaming our computer network. Still he is demanding money. So I end up giving him the money away (since he is almost threatening!) and hire someone else to fix the problem.
DO not hire him for anything that needs any kind of knowledge to do the job!
