They replaced AC and heater two years ago. Since then, the temperature has been up to 70 during winter. I got a different plumber and he found the installation was not properly done. I found I was ripped off by Green Air for the replacement of AC and heater too. I have known him from next door neighbor. My next door neighbor got compressor installed by G/A and had the same problem obviously.
Please stay away from this company.
