이사중에 유리식탁 부러 트리고 고쳐준다고 가져가서
3주째 연락이 없고 사장님이 더이상 제 전화를 받지 않아요.
처음에 이삿짐 옮기러 오자마자 저한테 캐쉬 온리 라고 할때부터 이상하다 생각 했어요.
절대로 하지 마세요 삼미 운송 이삿짐 완전 사기꾼들 이네요
Movers damaged stairs and the owner ( who never showed his face once) claimed he had insurance. We asked him for proof of insurance which he was not able to provide. We asked that he come see the damages which he promised to do the next day but he completely bailed. No phone call or anything. His excuse that the damage would not amount to much (which was NOT TRUE. Damage was very significant.) He did not even see it in person. DO NOT pay any movers until they show proof of insurance. We have missing items as well. Most unprofessional company ever.
the worst situation possible. We made an arrangement to have my refrigerator delivered, and I waited all day. I took work off to be there when he comes. He didn’t pick up any of my phone calls and didnt even let me know he wont be coming. I am so mad and frustrated.
5월 23일 2018 아침 9시에 약속잡음....
아침 9시에 나타나지 않아 전화 했더니 15분만 기다리라 함..
9시 45분 까지 나타니지 않아 3명이 밖에서 이제나 오나 저제나 오나 마냥 기다림..
10시 45분에 나타나서 무례하게 가격 딜을 함
싫으면 가지 말라며 무례하게 트럭 버스를 쾅 닫음..세상에 이사 나르러 온 양반이 기지 바지에 구두 신고 와서
재수 없는 얼굴로 객기 부림.. 살다 살다 그런 미친 놈은 처음봤음...
여러분 절대 이양반 한테 전화 하지 마시고 인터넷 써치해서 rating 좋은대로 하세요..절대루요
너무 불친절해요. 사람 무시하는 태도로 말하고, 얘기중에 전화를 끊지 않나... 전화 받으셨던 분이 직원인지 사장님인지는 모르지만, 그런식으로 하시면 앞으로 고객이 별로 없을듯 합니다...
