We recently purchased a diamond ring from this store. I felt the price was over priced for the quality I was told I was getting. So I had the ring appraised by a different store, and was told that the quality and the grade were not what I was told it was. I was lied to when I purchased the ring. I called the Ko-Am Jewelry for a refund. The owner refused to give me refund even when I called several times. She said the only was I can get a refund is if I sue her and all sales are final. I got scammmmmed. Do NOT buy anything from here unless you want to get ripped off. They know nothing about jewelries and will say anything to make a sale even if it's a lie!!!!!.
