My car is a brand new 2016 Lexus RX 350, more than three times I went to the Orion bodyshop, from Valencia to LA, for the bumper repair. The bumper job was still not balanced after these three trips tries and also the paint job, done multiple times, was not done correctly. There are many areas where the paint seems not applied correctly and doesn’t blend with the body of the car, this also applies for the clear coat that was applied to affected areas. They also unnecessarily painted over areas of the car which had no issues and should’ve not been touched. From these multiple visits they needed to remove and install the bumper again and again, but they weren’t able to do it correctly which in turn kept damaging my car and parts themselves. This job was also supposed to take this body shop a total of 52.3 hours but the car I gave to body shop on 6/22/2017 but I haven’t got the car back until 8/7/2017. The main point is by sending my car to this body shop they were doing more harm than good and I also seemed out the owner so he can provide me the funds to do this job again correctly at another bodyshop but he refused, thus me filing this court claim. I can’t trust my car to that body shop any longer.
