Highly UN-RECOMMEND this moving company.
1) Totally disregarded service rate agreement .
The owner promised $100/hour x 3 hours = $300
2) Notifies the customer additional charges 3 days later from the initial agreement.
Customer was left with no option but to go along with the additional charges due to tight time frame.
3) When I realized the rate difference, the owner threatened me that he will tell the workers to unpack everything
and leave.
4) Very unprofessional. Complaining he normally does not do this type of service when I specifically explained
what sort of service I needed from the get go. The owner was whining the whole time.

Next time, I will make sure to get service contract via e-mail, fax or text .
