I hired Pigeon Moving company do facilitate my moving from an apartment to a town house. They came out on August 9, 2021 for
the move. They assured me that they were professional movers, yet they lacked proper equipment as they used duct tape on my
furniture that left tape residue, scratched many of my bookshelves with deep scratches and much more issues. When
moving in to the new house, the movers were carrying a dresser up the stairs and left a huge scratch on the new wall.
I talked to the employee there and he immediately called the owner andexplained the situation. The owner assured me that he would
come out and help fix the wall since it happens often. Two months later and after multiple calls with so many different
excuses on not coming, he agreed to come out on Sat, Oct 2nd in the afternoon. On Saturday, I called him and texted him to see
when he would come out and he never responded. The owner is a dishonest liar who is now screening my calls. Do not do business
with this company and the owner is dishonest and untrustworthy. Wasted so much of my time trying to deal with this and the
owner never had any intention of making this right.
